Charlotte, Administrative Assistant
Charlotte’s position with the library ensures the administrative details are completed. She compiles the data needed for the preparation of invoices and bills for payment, calculation of employee time records, and maintaining the inventory and ordering of supplies. Charlotte also works part-time in the Circulation Department shelving books and taking telephone calls. She began working for the library in 2000.
