Description:	Self-Defense (Focus on Women’s Self-Defense) – Jack Falkner of Falkner Martial Arts will be here on Monday, March 14 and Monday, March 28 from 6 -7:15 pm to begin teaching a self-defense class. The focus will be for women, but all are welcome. The class will be open to ages 14 through adult.
