Description:	Celebrate the New Year's a little early! Join us on Wednesday, December 30th from 11:30 to 12:30 for crafts, snacks and a little noise. If you have young ones that would enjoy celebrating New Year's but cannot stay up to Midnight, then come to the North Branch Library.  We'll have cupcakes, sparkling cider and a door prize!
